The hangar in the north area has a total construction area of 28,000 square meters, which is the largest single-unit project in the China Eastern Airlines base. It consists of a maintenance hangar hall and a four-story annex building. It is designed to accommodate two wide-body aircraft or three narrow-body aircraft, which may allow two Boeing 747 or three Boeing 777 to be parked at the same time. This design can meet the flexibility of parking aircraft of different models and different maintenance requirements.
