Thermal energy generation system 
The burner burns natural gas, and the hot fluid generated flows in the radiation tube under the drive of the smoke exhaust fan (vacuum pump), and the high temperature surface of the radiation tube stimulates the far infrared radiation wave. After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube, part of the product will be recycled through the premix chamber (about 40%), and the other part will be discharged outside by the smoke exhaust fan. Secondary heating to achieve energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency, reduce operating costs. In order to protect the normal use of the equipment in extremely cold weather, the use of the burner is not frozen, no wax, when the equipment reaches the set temperature to stop running, the thermostat can automatically implement the pre-set temperature (10-40℃), to prevent the components in the generator from being damaged by low temperature, the filter ice. 
 
Radiant tubesheet system 
The radiation tube is made of real double-sided aluminized black gray alloy steel, which greatly improves the radiation efficiency and does not lose paint color. No distortion, damage, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance to ensure service life. The aluminized steel is subjected to high temperature heat treatment in a strictly controlled temperature and humidity environment (black and gray surface is not coated or painted), the surface heat radiation is more uniform, and the thermal radiation efficiency is higher, thus ensuring that the heat is more uniform, and the radiation conductivity and thermal efficiency of the aluminized steel radiation tube are still efficient and stable even after many years of use. 
 
Intelligent control system
