The generation of heat is mainly achieved through the generator. The generator adopts double fan, micro positive pressure and negative pressure system design, and double wind pressure difference switch configuration. It is factory tested and pre-adjusted, assisted by security and command systems. When the equipment starts, the micro positive pressure fan starts, after the micro difference switch is closed, the negative pressure fan starts, after the negative pressure switch is closed, the burner ignits. The micro positive pressure fan can ensure the stability of the flame without flame spillover, and the negative pressure fan can well elongate the flame in the radiation tube to ensure the combustion efficiency. The dual fan configuration ensures flame safety to a large extent. At the same time, the system reaches negative pressure to extract the air necessary for combustion, recover the combustion products (even the tube temperature) and exhaust the smoke through the exhaust pipe.
The radiation section is composed of a series of modules (ranging from 2 to 4 meters), each module is made of a special aluminized steel pipe and is connected together by the corresponding bracket inserted into the module. The side panels are specially made aluminum insulation panels with high reflective power. The main structure is a coated composite steel plate that supports and accommodates all components of the radiation tube section. Steel pipes are connected with special joints. It has special high temperature resistance and elasticity, and is connected to the radiation tube section by a ring hook to keep the position fixed. The solution, which does not use sealing compounds or putty, compensates for the expansion caused by the heating of the modules, so that they do not cause dangerous expansion and stretching, providing a guarantee of long-term sustainable use.
The combustion system is continuously controlled by an electronic control device each time the fan is started for heating, to ensure the air pressure of the radiation circuit, the ignition situation, to ensure the correct state of the flame, and to stop the burning gas immediately in case of an anomaly and place it in a safe area. In addition, electronic data acquisition is achieved through a black ball sensor placed in the heating environment, which in turn manages the different stages of combustion according to parameter Settings and working hours to control the temperature.
IMPRESIND gas radiant heating systems are equipped with stainless steel suspension brackets for complete internal or external installation. The radiation tube needs to be mounted on the interior of the building, the ceiling or other structures, and the radiation section is suspended by a regular chain (one suspension point every 4 meters from the generator). The generator shall be installed using the provided suspension bracket. Do not place the generator directly on the roof or floor. The generator should be at least 50 cm away from the wall, depending on the climate of the installation site (snow should be taken into account). There is an opening at the bottom of the generator to allow gas to enter. There is a flame ion monitoring port (fire window) in the generator, which can check whether the ignition needle is normal, whether the flame is normal, and the whole device is completely closed, which can effectively ensure the safety of debugging or maintenance personnel.
