ECOPAN hot water radiant panel is made of cold-formed pressed steel plates. On the steel plate shell, 2/3 of the surface is wrapped with electric welded or unwelded steel pipes with a diameter of 1/2" or 3/4". Under the same dimensional characteristics (pipe diameter, quantity and spacing, panel width), the Yikepan hot water radiant panel has a higher thermal energy efficiency than other products on the market, which can achieve the same heating requirements with fewer product quantities. 
 
ECOPAN hot water radiant panel uses a rectangular cross-section suspension bracket. The side edges are formed inside the panel, making it easy to place insulation materials. The insulation material covering the upper surface of the panel is a 40mm thick mineral wool pad, topped with aluminum foil. This solution enables the insulation pad to be placed quickly and evenly, allowing the glass wool to adhere perfectly to the metal panel. The adhesion is even further improved by using fastening rods at the top. To enclose the sides and hide the insulation pad, the side edges of ECOPAN hot water radiant panel are obtained from the same radiant panel. 
 
ECOPAN hot water radiant panel adopts a modular installation method. The head welding of the pipe liner is perfect, and the joint cover is easy to position. It uses a crimping connection method, which is quick to connect and simple and convenient. To a certain extent, it can shorten the installation time, making the installation work more time-saving and efficient.
