ECOPAN hot water radiation panels promoted and sold by Beijing Leadway Power Co., Ltd. are pre-manufactured in the factory with standard lengths of 3 meters and 6 meters (special requirements allow for 2 meters and 4 meters). Each radiation panel can be connected by quick connectors or welding. Each radiation panel and the collecting pipe are pre-manufactured in the factory and undergo safety inspections. The brackets for the hanging plates are welded to the radiation panels, one for every meter, which greatly ensures the flexibility of installation.
ECOPAN hot water radiant panels are of modular structure. The required panel surface area can be obtained by combining the required number of specific-sized modules. Thus, the thermal demands of any space can be fully and accurately met. The interconnected water radiant panels not only create the required heating area but also serve as distribution pipes. This way, the cost of pipes and the labor in the space are also saved. By evenly arranging the radiant panels on the ceiling to heat the environment, the floor temperature can always be 2-3 degrees Celsius higher than the indoor air temperature. This creates a more natural and comfortable feeling of warmth.
ECOPAN hot water radiant water collector can be connected on the opposite side, with the hot medium flowing in from one side and out from the other. Alternatively, it can be connected on the same side, with the hot medium flowing in and out on the same side. The hot water is transported through pipes to the radiant panels installed on the ceiling of the room for heating. The hot water circulating within the panels transfers its heat to the panels and then returns to the heat source.
Compared with other traditional convective systems, the use of ECOPAN hot water radiation in heating of industrial facilities, warehouses, gymnasiums, train maintenance stations, aircraft hangars, amphitheaters, animal farms, greenhouses and similar high ceiling buildings can save more than 30-50% of energy. Hot water radiation panels have many important functions, especially when considering the heating of high ceilings and/or buildings with high fire risks.
