In recent years, with the increasing emphasis on the comfort of the working environment and energy efficiency, the interest and demand for hot water radiant panel heating have significantly increased. Hot water radiant panels are mainly composed of precision steel pipes, radiant panels, insulation materials and assembly equipment. In the simplest way to explain, the pipes through which hot water circulates heat the surface of the radiant panels. The specially coated heated panels transfer their heat to the objects and people in the heating environment through radiation (infrared rays). The indoor air temperature gradient is small and the heat loss is low, thereby enhancing the heating effect. 
 

	The collector can be connected on the opposite side, with the heat medium entering from one side and exiting from the other. Or it can be connected on the same side, with the heat medium entering and exiting from the same side. Hot water is transported through pipes to the radiant panels installed on the ceiling of the room for heating. The hot water circulating within the radiant panels transfers its heat to the panels and then returns to the heat source.

Hot water radiant panels are of modular structure. The required panel surface area can be obtained by combining the required number of modules of specific sizes. Thus, the heating demand of any space can be fully and accurately met. The interconnected water radiant panels not only create the required heating area but also serve as distribution pipes. This also saves on pipe costs and labor in the space. By evenly arranging the radiant panels on the ceiling to heat the environment, it can be ensured that the floor temperature is always 2-3 degrees Celsius higher than the indoor air temperature. This creates a more natural and comfortable warm feeling. 
 

	ECOPAN hot water radiant panels promoted and sold by Beijing Leadway Power&nbsp;Co., Ltd. are prefabricated in the factory in standard lengths of 3 meters and 6 meters (2 meters and 4 meters can be prefabricated upon special request). Each radiant panel can be connected to the next one by quick couplings or welding. Each radiant panel and the collecting pipe are prefabricated in the factory and have undergone safety tests. The brackets for the hanging plates are welded to the radiant panels, one per meter, which greatly ensures the flexibility of installation.

Compared with other traditional convection systems, the use of hot water radiant panels in the heating of industrial facilities, warehouses, sports stadiums, train maintenance stations, aircraft hangars, amphitheaters, animal farms, greenhouses and similar high-ceiling buildings can save more than 30-50% of energy.
