A remarkable feature of modern tall space public buildings is that the interior height is high and the volume is large. The indoor height of general theaters, theaters and stadiums can reach more than 10m, and the height of some stadiums can reach more than 30m. With the development of large space buildings, the air in many large space buildings needs to maintain a certain temperature, humidity and cleanliness.

Hot water radiation panel installed on the ceiling, the thermal inertia is very low, hot water radiation panel is particularly suitable for industrial halls, offices, stadiums, stores, supermarkets and other tall space heating. This heating system reduces management costs because it allows for complete or partial operation interruption, minimal preheating time depending on the external temperature, low thermal gradient, and continuous uniform radiation of all heated surfaces.

Human realistic temperature is the result of the double action of average radiation temperature and indoor air temperature. For hot water radiant panel heating system, under the premise of full consideration of comfort, the indoor temperature is generally 2℃ ~ 3℃ lower than that of convective heating, and the interior design temperature can save about 10% energy every time the temperature is reduced by 1℃. Less energy is consumed to heat the water, and less ineffective heat is lost during transportation.

By Beijing Leadway Power Co., LTD., the promotion and sales of ECOPAN hot water radiation board has a good radiation system, steel pipe is the highest temperature part of the modular radiation board, 70% of which is covered by metal plate. The pipe protrudes completely under the plate, forming an air cushion that reduces convective flow and increases radiation. Radiant panels release a lot of energy through radiation. The length of the steel plate is about 2 meters, and the modules are 4 meters and 6 meters after assembly. The product range includes models with different distances between pipes (111mm and 150mm), as well as various pipe diameters (½ "and ¾").

Each panel is connected to the hot water distribution network via a header. There can be panels with opposite connector heads, where water enters from one side and exits from the other. Or it can be a panel with a joint, connected on the same side, and the water goes in and out on the same side. Considering that no maintenance is required and the system remains the same over a period of time, it is easy to understand that this is the most affordable high space heating solution for heating large volumes, which can meet many high space places such as large shipyards, ship, aircraft and automobile maintenance halls, building materials markets, shopping malls, exhibition venues, multi-purpose stadiums and entertainment halls.
