As China enters an era of energy shortage, saving energy is one of the country's important strategic goals at present, and energy-saving technologies and products are facing huge market demand. Hot water radiation panel heating not only has the characteristics of green environmental protection, space saving, and high comfort, but also provides an efficient energy-saving solution in building applications. The contribution of radiant heat to occupying space is greater, which means that a lower air temperature can be accepted while providing the same level of comfort. If controlled properly, this can save energy and costs. 
 

	Compared to convection systems, the impact of increased ventilation on the performance of hot water radiant panels is relatively small, as the radiant component is not affected by the ventilation rate. Additionally, shorter preheat times are typically associated with radiant systems, as radiant heat transfer directly exchanges heat with the building's thermal mass. Once the temperature of the hot water radiant panel exceeds the surface temperature of the building structure, the building structure will begin to absorb heat. The moisture content of hot water radiant panels is lower than that of traditional radiator systems, which reduces the heat-up time required for normal operation, resulting in shorter preheat times, fast heat effects, and more effective intermittent use.

ECOPAN hot water radiation panels promoted and sold by Beijing Leadway Power Co., Ltd. are made of cold-formed steel sheets and are prefabricated in the factory into standard lengths of 3 meters, 6 meters (special requirements can be prefabricated at 2 meters or 4 meters). 	ECOPAN hot water radiation panel is made of metal tubes and plates, with hot water as the heat-conducting medium, flowing through the tubes in the radiation panel and transferring heat to the panel, producing infrared radiation that directly applies radiant heat to objects and people in the heating area. The metal plate wraps around 70% of its surface (with an angle of wrap exceeding 280°), increasing the heat transfer area and ensuring excellent heat transfer from the tubes to the plate.

The radiation panel pipe connection adopts advanced crimping technology, which can quickly connect, be simple and convenient, and be safe and reliable. To some extent, it can shorten the construction period and save labor costs. After the pipe connection is completed, decorative cover plates are inserted between the radiation panels to cover the connection area, making the product look more aesthetic. The decorative cover plates are fixed with fixed clips, thus saving installation time and making the installation work more time-saving and efficient.
