With the increasing number of high-rise buildings such as industrial factories and logistics warehouses emerging, these high-rise buildings, due to their special architectural structure and space features, often find it difficult to meet their efficient, comfortable, and energy-saving needs with traditional heating methods. Therefore, gas radiant heating was born, becoming an ideal choice for solving the problem of high-rise space heating. 


	 
 


	Gas radiation heating is a method of heating using combustible gases such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or artificial coal gas, which are burned in special combustion devices called radiation tubes to emit various wavelengths of infrared radiation for heating purposes. The infrared radiation emitted by the gas radiation tubes has a wavelength that is perfectly efficient in transferring heat to the heating area. Therefore, the air temperature in the building does not cause serious vertical imbalance. Therefore, its heat energy utilization rate is very high and people feel very comfortable. 
 

 
Gas radiation heating is particularly suitable for buildings with intermittent heating, and there is no danger of freezing when it is not in use, otherwise it does not need to provide heating at the standby temperature. Gas radiation heating is also suitable for local heating in high-rise buildings, and it can also be used for outdoor and local heating in open spaces. When using radiation heating, the temperature distribution is uniform along the height of the room, the temperature gradient is small, the ineffective heat loss of the room is reduced, and the result of lower room temperature can reduce energy consumption. 
 

	From the perspective of human comfort, when the total amount of heat dissipated by the human body remains unchanged, reducing the amount of radiant heat dissipated by the human body appropriately and increasing the amount of convective heat dissipated can make people feel more comfortable. In radiant heating, the human body and objects directly receive radiant heat, reducing the amount of radiant heat dissipated by the human body to the outside. Meanwhile, the indoor air temperature in radiant heating is lower than that in convective heating, which can increase the amount of convective heat dissipated by the human body. IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system burns natural gas, and the hot fluid generated by the burner flows through the radiation tubes under the drive of the exhaust fan (vacuum pump). The high-temperature surface of the radiation tubes excites the infrared radiation waves, and the hot fluid inside the radiation tubes undergoes heat exchange before being partially recycled through the pre-mix chamber and the rest being discharged outdoors by the exhaust fan. The secondary heating achieves energy-saving, environmental protection, and high efficiency, reducing operating costs. Compared to the energy utilization rate of around 60% for traditional steam or hot water boilers, the gas radiation heating system has an energy utilization rate of over 90%, and its thermal inertia is very small, so that the waste heat loss is minimized. During a heating season, the energy-saving range can be 30% to 50%.
