Because the height of the tall space is relatively high, the space is relatively wide, and the chimney effect is more obvious, resulting in the formation of a particularly large temperature gradient in the vertical direction, the heat is concentrated to the ceiling, and the working area can not meet the design requirements, in addition, the general area of the tall space is larger, and the thermal load difference between the internal and external areas is also larger, such as unreasonable design, will cause the indoor temperature field temperature distribution is not uniform. It affects the comfort level.

Infrared gas radiation heating is the use of natural gas as fuel, through the special combustion device - generator combustion and radiation of various wavelengths of infrared heating. Gas radiant heating adopts direct combustion without heat transfer, which improves the efficiency of heat energy use. The heat source and the end are designed into one product to achieve integration, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of heat transmission.

According to GB50019-2015 Design Code for Heating, Ventilation and air conditioning of industrial buildings 5.5.4: When gas infrared radiation heating is used, the calculated indoor temperature should be 2℃ ~ 3℃ lower than the air temperature in the convective heating room. Under the premise of achieving the same heating effect, the heat load is lower, the body feeling is more comfortable, and the energy saving is more. Infrared radiation is directly downward, directly absorbed and stored by buildings, human bodies, equipment and other objects, and the temperature rises. There is almost no heat loss when radiant heat penetrates the air, and the indoor air temperature gradient is small, thus increasing the heating effect.

IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system, as the main product of Beijing Leadway Power Co., LTD., has an independent hanging gas radiation system, the heat source is natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas, and the heating distribution system is composed of generators and special radiation pipe sections. The generator housing is stainless steel. The radiation section consists of a series of modules 2 to 4 meters long, which are connected together by corresponding brackets. Each module consists of a black gray double-sided radiating tube made of aluminum alloy steel. Connected with special joints, it has special high temperature and elasticity.

IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system generator burns natural gas, the generated hot fluid flows in the radiation tube of aluminum alloy steel under the drive of negative pressure centrifugal fan, stimulates the infrared ray, and acts the radiant heat directly on the object and the human body in the heating area. After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube is finished, part of the product will be used for flue gas recirculation through the premix chamber, greatly improving the heating efficiency and making full use of energy. And the other part is directly discharged to the outside. Two heating to achieve the purpose of energy saving, environmental protection, reduce operating costs, comprehensive energy saving up to 30%~50%. The system is suitable for tall space buildings, because the system can carry out local adjustment and regional temperature control functions, has become one of the common heating forms of industrial plants, hangars, logistics centers, exhibition halls, gymnasiums and other tall Spaces in China.
