<span style="color:#2A2F45;font-family:"font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;">For a long time, industrial buildings in China have used traditional convection heating methods such as radiators, but as the industrial sector continues to develop, the limitations of these methods have become apparent. Firstly, large-scale individual buildings make it difficult to arrange radiators, making it difficult to meet the design requirements for heating high-ceiling spaces. Secondly, the traditional convection heating method causes a serious "hot above and cold below" phenomenon in buildings with high ceilings. When using forced-air heating, there is a serious problem of wind disturbance in the workshop and uneven temperature. After more than ten years of actual use experience, we believe that the hot water radiant panel heating method is a more ideal choice for heating high-ceiling industrial workshops.

<span style="color:#2A2F45;font-family:"font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;">The hot water radiant panels installed on the ceiling use hot water as the heating fluid. The thermal inertia is very low, making hot water radiant panels particularly suitable as a heating method for high-ceiling spaces such as industrial halls, offices, gymnasiums, stores, supermarkets, etc. This heating system reduces management costs because it allows for partial or complete operation interruption, the preheating time is shortest according to the external temperature, and the heat gradient is smaller. In high-ceiling spaces, reducing the vertical gradient of heat loss means saving energy and economic costs. Therefore, hot water radiant panel heating method is particularly suitable for replacing old, poorly performing, and limited-efficiency traditional convection heating methods. Nowadays, hot water radiant panel heating method does not require more maintenance, and the system can be designed to achieve different heating temperatures, achieving heating on demand.

<span style="color:#2A2F45;font-family:"font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;">

<span style="color:#2A2F45;font-family:"font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;">

<span style="color:#2A2F45;font-family:"font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;">ECOPAN hot water radiation panels promoted and sold by Beijing Leadway Power Co., Ltd. adopt an innovative design concept, and the main feature of ECOPAN is: The surface of the steel plate is wrapped with a steel pipe of diameter 1/2" or 3/4" using either welding or non-welding techniques, covering 2/3 of its surface. Special attention is paid to the expansion of the pipes and the panels, as well as technical solutions to make installation easier. The pipes, as the warmest part of the panel, are completely downward, and are wrapped by a metal plate covering 70% of its surface (the wrapping angle exceeds 280°), increasing the heat transfer area and ensuring that heat is transmitted from the pipe to the panel effectively, reducing convective flow and increasing radiation.

<span style="color:#2A2F45;font-family:"font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;">The Yicopan hot water radiation panel is designed with modular assembly, serial strip arrangement, and two modules are directly connected by a press-fit joint, which is quick and easy to install. After the pipe connection is completed, decorative cover plates are inserted between the radiation panels to cover the connection area and ensure the product's aesthetics. This product is suitable for high-ceiling buildings such as industrial workshops, airplanes, automobile repair shops, logistics centers, large warehouses, multi-functional gymnasiums, and exhibition halls, and has been applied in heating projects in Beijing, Lanzhou, Urumqi, and Shenyang.
