The gas infrared radiation heating method is to use the combustion of clean energy such as natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas to radiate infrared rays for heating. Infrared rays are not absorbed by the atmosphere, and the heating object is directly radiated, and the heating object absorbs infrared rays and is converted into heat energy, so as to achieve the purpose of heating. According to GB50019-2015 Design Code for heating, Ventilation and air conditioning of industrial buildings 5.5.4: When gas infrared radiation heating is used, the calculated indoor temperature should be 2℃ ~ 3℃ lower than the air temperature in the convective heating room, which reduces the air stratification and convective effect, and the heating system has a higher utilization rate of heat energy.

Although the system has the same principle as the prefabricated radiation tube (gas radiation small tube equipment), the lower surface temperature, the special geometry expands the diversity of the configuration, the advanced combustion and flue circulation system, and the very low carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide emissions make it very different from the latter, which is an energy-efficient and green heating equipment. It is the first choice of heating products for tall space buildings. 
 
The generator of IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system burns natural gas, and the hot fluid generated flows in the radiation tube under the drive of the negative pressure centrifugal fan. The gray and black radiation tube made of aluminum alloy and steel is excited by the high temperature surface to produce far infrared radiation lines, which directly acts on the objects and human bodies in the heating area. After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube is finished, part of the product will be used for flue gas recirculation through the premix chamber, greatly improving the heating efficiency and making full use of energy. And the other part is directly discharged to the outside.
