IMPRESIND Gas Radiant Heating System uses infrared radiation heating technology. Infrared radiation has non-dispersive properties, so the energy is concentrated and the thermal effect is significant. The generator burns natural gas, and the hot fluid flows in the aluminized steel radiant tubes under negative pressure from the centrifugal fan. The high-temperature surface of the radiant tubes excites and generates infrared radiation waves, which direct heat downwards to heat the area directly below. Most of the infrared radiation is absorbed by buildings, people, equipment, etc., storing energy and raising their temperature. Meanwhile, the hot fluid inside the radiant tubes is heated again after the heat exchange is over, and part of the products pass through the premix chamber to be used for flue gas recirculation for secondary heating, effectively utilizing energy and greatly improving the heating efficiency. 
 
The auxiliary control system includes a central controller and control system software, which can be remotely centrally controlled. One controller can control up to 59 devices, and the temperature parameters can be set independently for each device to improve the accuracy of temperature control and operational safety.
