　　Recently,the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a public announcement to solicit opinions on the Implementation Rules of the Management of Beijing Green Building Development Incentive Fund Demonstration Project(Trial)(Draft for soliciting opinions).The detailed rules indicate that the incentive for energy-saving and green renovation projects of public buildings shall not exceed 20 yuan per square meter,and the total municipal incentive fund for a single demonstration project shall not exceed 30%of the renovation investment.Ultra-low energy consumption buildings will be given a municipal incentive fund of no more than 200 yuan per square meter according to the implementation of the building area,and the maximum incentive for a single demonstration project will not exceed 6 million yuan.The prefabricated buildings above AA level will be given a municipal incentive fund of no more than 120 yuan per square meter,and the maximum incentive for a single demonstration project will not exceed 10 million yuan.For projects that have obtained three-star green building identification and have been in use for more than one year,or projects that have obtained two-star green building identification,municipal incentive funds of no more than 60 yuan per square meter will be given according to the implemented building area,and the maximum incentive for a single demonstration project will not exceed 6 million yuan.
