The ceiling hot water radiation panel is a kind of metal radiation panel, which can be used for comprehensive heating of buildings with a height of 4m~30m and local area or local work place heating, and its use is very wide, including large shipyards, ships, aircraft and automobile maintenance halls, building materials markets, shopping centers, exhibition venues, multi-functional stadiums and entertainment halls and many other occasions. The water supply temperature of the ceiling hot water radiation panel should be 40℃~95℃ high temperature hot water. The ceiling hot water radiation plate belongs to the plane radiator, the scope of the radiation is limited to the half space it faces, the heat of the radiation is proportional to the fourth power of the Kelvin temperature, so the surface temperature of the radiator plays a decisive role in the local heat distribution, affecting the heat distribution of each part in the room. Of course, the installation position and height of the radiation panel also affect the indoor temperature distribution. Therefore, in the heating design, the minimum installation height of the hot water radiant panel and the maximum average temperature of the heat medium in the radiant panel at different installation heights should be limited. 
 
The layout of hot water radiant panel is very important to optimize the design of heating system and ensure the uniform distribution of irradiance in indoor activity area. Generally, the arrangement of the ceiling radiant panel should be set parallel to the longest outer wall, or perpendicular to the outer wall if necessary. The specifications of the radiant panel row set along the wall should be greater than the specifications of the radiant panel set in the middle of the room, which is because the heat load of the heating system is mainly determined by the heat consumption of the heat transfer of the envelope structure and the heat consumption of the cold air invading or infiltrating through the external door and window. Therefore, in order to ensure the uniform distribution of irradiance in the indoor working area, the different thermal needs of different areas of the indoor space should be considered, such as setting large specifications of radiation panels on the external wall to compensate for the heat loss at the external wall. The structural size of the room also affects the arrangement of the radiation panel of the suspended ceiling. When the height of the room is low, it is appropriate to use a narrower radiation panel to avoid excessive irradiance; When the radiant panel is arranged along the exterior wall and the panel row is long, attention should be paid to the reservation of thermal expansion room in the length direction.

The ECOPAN hot water radiant panels are composed of 4 and/or 6 meter modules, so different lengths can be obtained by connecting the pipes of each module element by welding or crimping. In order to do this without damaging the painted board, the pipes on both sides are longer than the board itself. When the pipe connection is complete, a connection covering is inserted between the plates to cover the connection area. The joint coverings have the same profile as the motherboard, and laboratory tests confirm that the thermal output is exactly the same as the active plate of the panel on which they are located. The connecting coverings can be easily inserted between the steel plates from below and secured with clamps, thus reducing installation time to a minimum. 
 
Each ECOPAN hot water radiant panel can be connected with a quick connector. Make the operation of the construction site easier, optimize the time, and thus reduce the cost. The side is formed in the board, easy to place the insulation material, the head of the pipe lining is welded perfectly, and the joint cover is easy to position, so that the installation time is shortened. With the same dimensional characteristics (pipe diameter, number and spacing, panel width), ECOPAN hot water radiant panel panels have a higher thermal output than other products on the market. This allows fewer quantities to be used to meet the same required output, saving on material and installation costs.
