Radiation heating method as the best solution to solve the problem of tall space heating, in the 1990s, gas radiation heating was first introduced into the country, applied to aircraft maintenance warehouse, railway vehicle maintenance warehouse and other tall space buildings. However, with circulating hot water as the medium, the heating system that also works on the principle of infrared heat transfer - hot water radiation panel, is also suitable for industrial plants, warehouses, aircraft maintenance hangars, large stadiums, exhibition halls and other tall space buildings. 
 

	According to reliable data, the world's largest aircraft manufacturer Airbus A380 final assembly factory in Toulouse, France, almost all the tall space buildings are installed with hot water radiation panels, radiation panels installed at a height of 40 meters. In such a large span of space, the hot water radiation plate through its radiation surface to convert the medium heat into various wavelengths of infrared radiation and irradiation into the heating environment, due to the small absorption of infrared air, most of the infrared is absorbed by buildings, human bodies, equipment and other objects, energy storage, temperature rise, while heating the air around it, so that the ambient temperature rise.

At present, Beijing Leadway Power&nbsp;Co., Ltd. under the ECOPAN hot water radiation panel, the use of high-quality corrosion resistant steel pipe manufacturing, greatly improve the heat transfer efficiency of the tube plate, eliminate the expansion stress on the radiation plate damage and radiation efficiency reduction, from the manufacturing process to ensure the quality of the product. The innovative design concept of the ECOPAN hot water radiant panel is that the pipe is the warmest part of the panel, completely down, and 70% of the surface is wrapped by the metal plate (the wrapping Angle is more than 280°), which increases the heat transfer area and ensures the transfer of heat from the tube to the plate. The hot water radiant panel is prefabricated in the factory into a standard length of 3 meters, 6 meters (special requirements can be prefabricated 2 meters, 4 meters). 
 
Each radiant panel and collection pipe is prefabricated in the factory and tested for safety. The hot water radiation plate adopts modular splicing, series type ribbon arrangement, and the two modules are directly connected by clamping joint, which is quick and easy to connect. After the pipe connection is complete, insert the decorative cover plate between the radiation plate to cover the connection area and ensure the beauty of the product. The bracket of the suspension plate is welded together with the radiant plate, one per meter, which greatly guarantees the flexibility of the installation.
