Gas radiant heating is mainly suitable for closed or open tall space with a building net height of more than 3 meters, such as large industrial plants, hangars, railway locomotive maintenance warehouses, warehouses and other tall space places. Gas radiation heating not only saves the energy conversion process of converting high-temperature flue gas heat energy into low-temperature heat medium (hot water or steam) heat energy, but also reduces a large amount of ineffective heat supply, and greatly improves thermal efficiency, especially suitable for heating in tall space, and is an ideal heating method for industrial plants.<br /> <br /> According to GB50019-2015 Design Code for Heating, Ventilation and air conditioning of industrial buildings 5.5.4: When gas infrared radiation heating is used, the calculated indoor temperature should be 2℃ ~ 3℃ lower than the air temperature in the convective heating room. Under the premise of achieving the same heating effect, the heat load is lower, the comfort is higher, and the energy saving is more.<br /> <br /> IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system launched by Beijing Leadway Power Co., Ltd. uses natural gas to burn in the generator to produce high temperature flue gas, and the generated flue gas flows in the negative pressure radiation tube, so that the surface temperature of the radiation tube rises to 260-280℃, and the high temperature surface of the radiation tube generates infrared radiation to transfer heat to the heating area. After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube is completed, part of the product will be recycled (about 40%) through the premix chamber, and the other part will be discharged outside.
