Gas radiant heating is mainly suitable for closed or open tall space with a building net height of more than 3 meters, such as large industrial plants, hangars, railway locomotive maintenance warehouses, warehouses and other tall space places. Gas radiation heating not only saves the energy conversion process of converting high-temperature flue gas heat energy into low-temperature heat medium (hot water or steam) heat energy, but also reduces a large amount of ineffective heat supply, and greatly improves thermal efficiency, especially suitable for heating in tall space, and is an ideal heating method for industrial plants. 
 
According to GB50019-2015 Design Code for Heating, Ventilation and air conditioning of industrial buildings 5.5.4: When gas infrared radiation heating is used, the calculated indoor temperature should be 2℃ ~ 3℃ lower than the air temperature in the convective heating room. Under the premise of achieving the same heating effect, the heat load is lower, the comfort is higher, and the energy saving is more. 
 
IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system launched by Beijing Leadway Power Co., Ltd. uses natural gas to burn in the generator to produce high temperature flue gas, and the generated flue gas flows in the negative pressure radiation tube, so that the surface temperature of the radiation tube rises to 260-280℃, and the high temperature surface of the radiation tube generates infrared radiation to transfer heat to the heating area. After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube is completed, part of the product will be recycled (about 40%) through the premix chamber, and the other part will be discharged outside. Secondary heating to achieve energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency, reduce operating costs. 
 

	The field temperature measurement of an industrial plant with IMRRESIND gas radiant heating system is carried out below. The following plant is COFCO Coca-Cola's winning base in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, which is its largest production base in Northeast China. The heating area is the beverage processing workshop. The characteristics of the interior space of the plant are analyzed. The area of doors and Windows is large, and the heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure structure is large. The indoor temperature gradient is large, and the air stratification is more serious, resulting in heat on the top and cold on the bottom, resulting in faster heat dissipation on the roof.

	The gas radiant heating system generates infrared rays to heat the perfusion area and sugar area of the workshop. During the heating period, the surrounding envelope, the ground and indoor equipment, all absorb radiation heat and store some heat, when the radiation heating stops, these accumulated heat, and begin to dissipate heat to the environment, so it can also maintain a certain thermal environment. As can be seen from the following figure, the heating area of the processing workshop is heated evenly, and the indoor temperature is always maintained at 15-16 ° C, which directly highlights the advantages of gas radiation heating technology in the application of industrial plants.
