Therefore, gas radiant heating is an ideal heating method for tall Spaces such as industrial plants.<br /> <br /> The following, industrial building heating ventilation and air conditioning design code GB50019-2015 related specifications, in the use of gas radiation heating equipment, the design of indoor temperature should pay attention to the following specifications:<br /> <br /> <strong>5.5 Gas infrared radiation heating</strong><br /> <br /> 5.5.1 In places without electrical explosion-proof requirements, gas infrared radiation heating can be used when the technology and economy are reasonable. When using gas infrared radiation heating, the following provisions shall be met:<br /> <br /> 1. When the maximum concentration of flammable substances that may occur does not exceed 10% of the lower limit value of the explosion, the burner should be set outdoors;<br /> <br /> 2. When the burner is set indoors, ventilation safety measures should be taken, and should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Urban Gas Design Code" GB 50028.<br /> <br /> 5.5.2 Gas infrared radiation heating is strictly prohibited for Class A and B production plants and warehouses.<br /> <br /> 5.5.3 The fuel of gas infrared radiation heating system should meet the quality requirements of urban gas, natural gas should be used, liquefied petroleum gas, artificial gas can be used. The gas inlet pressure should be commensurate with the pressure required by the burner. The fuel should be fully gasification, and when liquefied petroleum gas is used in cold and cold areas, measures should be taken to prevent gas from being liquefied again due to low ambient temperature of pipeline installation. Gas quality, gas transmission and distribution system shall comply with the current national standard "Urban gas design Code" GB 50028 provisions.<br /> <br /> 5.5.4 When gas infrared radiation heating is used, the heat load shall be calculated in accordance with the relevant provisions of Section 5.2 of this Code, and the calculated indoor temperature shall be 2℃ ~ 3℃ lower than the air temperature in the convective heating room. When air is supplied from the chamber to the burner, the heat load required to heat that amount of air should also be calculated.<br /> <br /> 5.5.5 The installation height of the gas infrared radiation heater shall comply with the following provisions:<br /> <br /> 1. Should be determined by the production process requirements and human comfort according to the radiation intensity of the heater and the installation Angle. Except for special requirements of the process, it should not be lower than 3m.<br /> <br /> 2. When used for heating in fixed working places, it should be installed above the side of the human body.<br /> <br /> 3. When the installation height exceeds the maximum height of the rated heat supply, additional corrections should be made to the total input heat of the heater.<br /> <br /> 5.5.6 When gas infrared radiation heating is used for comprehensive heating, the heater should be arranged along the external wall, and the heat dissipation of the heater should not be less than 60% of the total heat load.<br /> <br /> Because the gas radiant heating system realizes the heating without open fire and the completely safe opening and closing and negative pressure operation, it provides a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the heating system.
