Hot water radiant panel - energy efficient heating solution for large space

As China enters the era of energy shortage, energy saving is an important strategic goal in our country, and energy-saving technologies and products are facing huge market demand. Hot water radiant panel heating not only has the characteristics of green environmental protection, space saving and high comfort, but also can provide efficient and energy-saving solutions in the application of buildings. Radiant heat contributes more to space occupancy, which means that a lower air temperature is acceptable while providing the same level of comfort. If properly controlled, this can save energy and costs.<br /> <br /> <p> Increased ventilation has less effect on the performance of the hot water radiant panel than a convective system, because the radiation component is not affected by the ventilation rate, whereas a convective system must primarily raise the air temperature to maintain comfortable conditions. Once the hot water radiant panel temperature is higher than the temperature of the room surface, the building structure will begin to absorb heat. The water content of the hot water radiant panel is lower than that of the traditional radiator system, so the heating uptime is reduced, the preheating time is short, and the thermal effect is fast, thus achieving more efficient intermittent use. The hot water radiant panel will have a downward-radiating component of about 60%, maintaining the soffit temperature and preventing cold water. Unlike the shorter wavelength solar radiation that can pass through the glass of a building, the lower temperature, longer wavelength radiation from radiant panels does not pass through the glass and can therefore be effectively used in a room with a glass curtain wall.<br /> <br /> ECOPAN hot water radiation plate is made of metal tube plate, hot water as a heat conduction medium, flow in the radiation plate pipeline, heat transfer to the radiation plate, generate infrared radiation heat directly on the heating area of the object and the human body. The metal plate covers 70% of its surface (covering an Angle of more than 280°), increasing the heat transfer area and ensuring the transfer of heat from the tube to the plate.<br /> <br /> <p> ECOPAN hot water radiant panels are prefabricated in the factory into a standard length of 3 meters, 6 meters (special requirements can be prefabricated 2 meters, 4 meters). Each radiant panel can be connected with a quick connector. Each radiant panel and collection pipe is prefabricated in the factory and tested for safety. With the same dimensional characteristics (pipe diameter, number and spacing, panel width), ECOPAN hot water radiant panels have higher thermal energy efficiency than other products on the market.
