At present, some high-space industrial plants and high-space public buildings have large cold air permeability and large temperature gradient, which require higher indoor temperature and higher comfort. The traditional heating method is difficult to meet these needs, and the gas radiation heating system has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, fast thermal effect, uniform heating, and high comfort, which can efficiently solve the needs of tall space heating. Compared with convective heating, gas radiation heating can save 30-50% energy, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:<br /> <br /> 1. convective heating, indoor air is heated, and the formation of hot and cold air convection, so the indoor air temperature has a large gradient, the roof part of the temperature is high, close to the ground temperature is low, the general convective heating temperature gradient of about 0.5-1.0℃/m; When the radiant heat is heated, the radiant heat radiates directly down, and the ground part will also accumulate some heat, so the temperature gradient of the indoor air is small, and the heat loss corresponding to the upper part of the building is also small.<br /> <br /> 2. When the indoor air temperature is the same, radiant heat directly radiates the heating object, and the realistic temperature of radiant heating is 2 ~ 3℃ higher than that of convective heating. That is to say, under the condition of ensuring the same indoor realistic temperature, the indoor air temperature of radiant heating is 2 ~ 3℃ lower than that of convective heating, so the heat consumption is small, and the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is small, so the cold air permeability is also small.<br /> <br /> <p> 3. there is no gas loss during transportation, and the combustion of the radiator is very complete, so the heat of the entire heating system can be fully utilized. At the same time, due to the high temperature of the heat medium, the metal consumption of the radiator is low, and the investment is more economical. There is no need for large and complex boiler and boiler room equipment, the system structure is simple, the installation cycle is short, and the use area of the building is not occupied. Radiant installations are usually installed in the upper part of the heating space in a building, so little or no building is occupied, saving valuable building land. The generator and radiation tube segments can be disassembled and reinstalled as "movable fixed assets" when the plant is relocated.<br /> <br /> The independent heating generator is installed on the outside of the building, such as the top or side wall of the building, and the radiation tube is installed above the internal space of the building, which does not occupy the space used by the building. Radiant heat radiates directly down, and some heat can be stored on the ground. Under the premise of establishing the same comfortable conditions, the design temperature of the building during radiation heating can be reduced by 2°C~3°C compared with that during convection heating, which can also save heating energy consumption.<br /> <br /> <p> The generator burns natural gas, and the hot fluid generated flows in the radiation tube under the drive of the negative pressure centrifugal fan. The gray and black radiation tube made of aluminum alloy and steel is excited by the high temperature surface to produce far infrared radiation lines, which directly acts the radiant heat on the objects and human bodies in the heating area. After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube is completed, part of the product will be recycled (about 40%) through the premixing chamber, achieving a heating efficiency of 100% and making full use of energy. And the other part because the generator combustion is very complete, the combustion products only carbon dioxide and water, can be directly discharged to the outside.
