With the rapid development of China's aviation industry and airport hangars and other facilities, traditional heating technology can not meet the needs of development in terms of thermal efficiency, environmental comfort and so on. All kinds of radiation heating technology came into being, and increasingly show its superiority.

Gas infrared radiation heating does not heat air, only the human body and dense objects, so there is no thermal gradient. Gas infrared radiation heating can meet human comfort requirements at 3 to 5 ° C lower than the traditional heating air temperature, without heating the entire space air to a higher temperature, such as 18 ° C.

The heating area is Hangar No. 1 of Beijing New Airport Southern Aviation (Figure 1). The gas radiant heating system generates infrared radiant heat to directly heat personnel and objects in the heating area. As can be seen from Figure 2, the vertical temperature gradient in the heating area is small, and the heating is uniform. In addition, most of the heat directly acts on people and objects, and the heat achieves directional transportation. 
 
Practice has proved that gas infrared radiation heating technology can well solve the problem of unreasonable temperature distribution in a large space, theoretically save energy 30% ~ 50% compared with convective heating, and can achieve room temperature and time-sharing, sub-regional control, and the economy is very obvious.
