	Project Overview:&nbsp;Changchun FAW automotive stamping and welding parts production base has an annual expected production of 20 million sets. The total construction area is 180,000 square meters, with an above ground area of 114,420 square meters, and an underground area of 5,580 square meters. The largest unit has an area of 32,410 square meters, with the highest eaves height reaching 18 meters and the deepest foundation pit depth reaching 6.5 meters. The maximum single span is 30 meters, and the maximum weight of the overhead crane is 40t. 


	 


	Project Features:&nbsp; 

1.&nbsp;Large window and door area, resulting in large heat transfer coefficient in the enclosure structure 
	
	
		2.&nbsp;Doors open frequently, and the intrusion of cold wind consumes a lot of heat. 
	
	
		3.&nbsp;Large temperature gradient inside the architecture, significant air stratification, which causes&nbsp;the top to be warmer and the bottom to be cooler, resulting in faster heat dissipation from the roof 
	
	
		4. The area of the outer wall and the floor is relatively large, causing the external surface to have a greater impact on the natural convection of the interior space, which makes it easy to result in downward cold airflow in winter. 
	
	
		 
	
	
		Equipment Usage：We have chosen 12 sets of IMPRESIND Tub-One gas-fired radiant heating products for this project,&nbsp;which fully reflects the advantages of using high-power gas-fired radiant heating equipment in large spaces.
