The total construction area is 180,000 square meters, with an above ground area of 114,420 square meters, and an underground area of 5,580 square meters. The largest unit has an area of 32,410 square meters, with the highest eaves height reaching 18 meters and the deepest foundation pit depth reaching 6.5 meters.
