	Hot water radiant panel heating is similar to the sun in that sunlight hits the Earth's surface, heating the surface and then indirectly heating the air layer.The ECOPAN hot water radiator board, promoted and sold by Beijing Leadway power Co., LTD., utilizes this principle.Since air absorbs almost no radiant heat, radiant heat directly heats the surface it hits, such as the ground, objects, and people beneath it, and then releases heat into the surrounding air.

	The hot water radiant panel is made of pipes and metal sheets connected to each other.Under standard service conditions, when heating fluids (hot water, superhot water, steam, etc.) pass through pipes, hot water radiates plate pipes to a temperature higher than that of the plate to which they transfer heat, but at different temperatures.Each time the temperature of the fluid in the pipe rises, the pipe quickly reaches a temperature close to that temperature, while the hot water radiant plate heats up later.This may last for a few minutes.Even when the system is working, there is a difference in temperature between the pipe and the plate.In other words, tube and plate expansion times are different.


	 


	This happens over and over the life of the radiant plate and can lead to tension and permanent deformation of the plate envelope.In steam systems, due to high temperature and pressure, special operations are required to hold the plates and pipes together, and this also happens with hot water systems.Radiant panels act as a natural feature to allow for nighttime and weekend frustrations, i.e. closing the boiler at night and on days off.The heating time of the pipe and the plate is different, and the groove of the pipe will also be deformed. Almost all systems have automatic adjustment, and the fluid temperature in the plate is continuously changed.Expansion may cause the plate enclosing the pipe to deform, reducing the contact surface with the pipe itself and thus reducing the heat output of the panel.


	 


	To reduce this thermal shock, ECOPAN implemented a 2m long sheet metal module so that the 4m module consists of two panels and the 6m module consists of three panels.When the 2 meter plates are placed side by side, an expansion joint is formed.Welding points exist in the middle of each 2m sheet, so the expansion on both sides is less than 1mm.This ensures that the panel will not deform during this time.

	To meet any requirement, the ECOPAN Hot water radiant panel has a very wide range, including models with different distances between pipes (111 mm and 150 mm) and pipe diameters (1/2 and 3/4).Depending on the temperature and pressure of the heating fluid, the pipe itself may be welded or unwelded.Each panel is connected to the hot water supply network via a collector.The panel may be a collector connected at both ends, with one side of the inlet and the other side of the outlet, or a collector connected on the same side, with the inlet and outlet on the same side.

	Water lines are usually mounted on the ceiling, a process that requires the use of scaffolding or aerial platforms.Panels connected on the same side have paired supply and return water pipes.This allows the same bracket and scaffolding to be used on both pipes, reducing installation costs.Buildings requiring heating come in a variety of sizes and thermal characteristics, so it is necessary to consider and evaluate all factors in order to install a good heating system.
