The choice of heating equipment is very important for the high space industrial plant heating to achieve energy saving. 
 
The use of gas radiation heating system, the use of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas such as clean energy as heat energy, independent heating generator installed on the outside of the building, such as the top of the building or the side wall, radiation tube installed in the building above the internal space, does not occupy the building space. Radiant heat directly radiates downward, the ground can also save some heat, gas radiation heating indoor air temperature is 2 ~ 3℃ lower than convective heating, indoor air temperature gradient is small, heat loss is small, cold air permeability is also small, in the premise of ensuring comfort to reduce heat consumption, to achieve the purpose of energy saving, is the ideal heating equipment for tall space industrial plants. 
 

	IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system, promoted and sold by Beijing Leadway Power Co., LTD., is an independent heating system, consisting of three parts: generator, radiation tube and intelligent temperature control system. The generator burns natural gas, and the hot fluid generated flows in the radiation tube made of aluminum alloy and steel under the drive of the negative pressure centrifugal fan, producing infrared rays, and directly acting the radiant heat on the objects and human bodies in the heating area. 1) aluminum-impregnated steel radiation tube 
The radiation tube is made of double-sided aluminized black gray alloy steel. Heat treatment at high temperature under strict control of temperature and humidity (black and gray surface is not coated or painted). No paint discoloration, no distortion, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance. Thermal radiation efficiency exceeds 90%, improving energy efficiency. 
 
2) Gas recirculation technology 
After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube is finished, part of the product will be used for flue gas recirculation through the premix chamber, greatly improving the heating efficiency and making full use of energy. And the other part is directly discharged to the outside. Two heating to achieve the purpose of energy saving, environmental protection, reduce operating costs, comprehensive energy saving up to 30%~50%. 
 
3) Intelligent control system 
According to the demand, partition, time-sharing control temperature, while real-time monitoring of indoor temperature, the control system to compare the temperature signal from the indoor sensor, generate control instructions intelligent temperature regulation, improve the operating efficiency of the system, effectively reduce energy consumption, better promote behavioral energy saving.
