The IMPRESIND Gas Radiant heating system is a stand-alone heating system that can be installed either on the roof or on the wall. The generator power of radiant heating is between 180 and 270KW, and the maximum length is 120 meters. During operation, the infrared field uses the principle of electromagnetic wave transmission to heat all solid objects and avoid heat absorption by the air layer between the floor and the equipment. 
 
The heat is generated by special air generators, which are factory tested and pre-adjusted, assisted by safety and command systems. The fan brings the entire radiant tube system to negative pressure to extract the air necessary for combustion, recover the combustion products (even the tube temperature) and exhaust the smoke through the exhaust tube. The radiation tube is specially aluminized with high temperature resistance and has high emission performance, which can provide the necessary heat for the surrounding environment. The top of the radiation pipe section is laid with glass fiber thermal insulation foam and aluminum foil. Electronic data acquisition is achieved through a black ball sensor placed in the heating environment, which in turn manages the different stages of combustion according to parameter Settings and working hours to control the temperature.

There is no need to install external combustion equipment, independent heaters are generally installed outside the building, and the radiation tube is installed above the building space, and does not occupy the building space. Radiant heat directly radiates downward, the ground can also store part of the heat, indoor air temperature gradient is small, small heat loss, reduce heat consumption under the premise of ensuring comfort, to achieve the purpose of energy saving. 
 
2, stable performance, safe and reliable 
According to the Code for Fire Protection of Building Design: "The use of gas, liquid, solid as fuel or the combustion of gas, liquid for other purposes of various production" fire risk category belongs to Class D. And the heat generator is set up outside the building, the system performance is very stable, therefore, the use of gas radiation heating will not increase the risk and design difficulty of the building. 
 
3, clean energy, harmless combustion 
The use of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other clean energy as heat. At present, the technology of gas radiation heating equipment is very mature, and it is completely feasible for the gas to be discharged directly to the outside after combustion, which meets the requirements of environmental protection. 
 
4, static heating, uniform temperature rise 
The operation is quiet, no convective air is generated, the ash phenomenon in the industrial plant is avoided, and the health conditions of the heating space can be improved. The indoor heating speed is fast, the heat distribution is uniform, and the body feeling is comfortable and soft. In addition, considering the poor sealing of many factory Windows, the indoor air temperature of gas radiation heating is 2 ~ 3℃ lower than that of convective heating, and the heat consumption is small, and the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is small, so the cold air permeability is also small. 
 
5, intelligent temperature control, easy management 

	Independent control or centralized remote control can be achieved, economic mode, night antifreeze mode and holiday mode can be set respectively according to the time, local intermittent heating can also be set, and the temperature can be operated by itself, to achieve unattended within a week, low operation and maintenance costs.

Although the system has the same principle as the prefabricated radiation tube (gas radiation tubular equipment), the lower surface temperature, special geometry extending the diversity of the configuration, advanced combustion and flue circulation system, and very low carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide emissions make it very different from the latter. The system is used in industrial plants, aircraft maintenance warehouses, logistics warehousing and other large space places.
