The generator adopts double fan, micro-positive pressure and negative pressure system design, and double wind pressure differential switch configuration. When the system starts, the micro positive pressure fan starts, after the micro difference switch is closed, the negative pressure fan starts, after the negative pressure switch is closed, the burner ignits. The micro positive pressure fan can ensure the stability of the flame without flame spillover, and the negative pressure fan can well elongate the flame in the radiation tube to ensure the combustion efficiency. The dual fan configuration ensures flame safety to a large extent. 
 

	In addition, the generator internal combustion valve system uses a multi-functional combined gas valve, which is tightly combined with a filter, regulator and pressure monitor. Meets DIN EN 161 Class A Class 2 requirements. Slow opening and fast closing, stable combustion, prevent deflagration. There is a flame ion monitoring port (fire window) in the generator, which can check whether the ignition needle is normal, whether the flame is normal, and the whole device is completely closed, which can effectively ensure the safety of debugging or maintenance personnel.

IMPRESIND Gas radiant heating system burners burn natural gas and the resulting hot fluid flows through the radiant tube driven by a smoke exhaust fan (vacuum pump). The radiation tube is made of real double-sided aluminized black gray alloy steel, which makes the surface heat radiation more uniform and the heat radiation efficiency higher. After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube is completed, part of the product will be recycled (about 40%) through the premix chamber, and the other part will be discharged outside by the exhaust fan. According to Article 3.1.1 of the Code for Fire Protection of Building Design GBJ16-87 (2001 edition), "Various production using gas, liquid and solid as fuel or burning gas and liquid for other purposes", the fire risk category belongs to Class D. Therefore, the fire risk level of gas radiation heating system used in tall space buildings is relatively low. In the design of single-storey tall space plant, there is little difference between Class D and Class E buildings. Therefore, the use of gas radiation heating will not increase the risk and design difficulty of the building. However, it should be noted that the gas radiation heating system is prohibited to be installed in the basement, where there are flammable and explosive gases, dust and other media.
