In recent years, radiation heating equipment began to be promoted and widely used. For factories, warehouses, hangars and other tall space buildings, the use of infrared radiation heating, the biggest advantage is that the infrared does not heat the air through the air, so the temperature distribution is more uniform, the temperature gradient is relatively small, the ineffective heat loss is less, can avoid the temperature field caused by convection heating vertical imbalance. The operation does not produce convective air, avoid the ash phenomenon in the industrial plant, and improve the health conditions of the heating space. The indoor heating speed is fast, the heat distribution is uniform, and the body feeling is comfortable and soft.

The ECOPAN hot water radiant panel has 22 modules. Each module has two types of welded tube and seamless tube, which can provide designers with a wider choice and meet the needs of various engineering planning. The radiant panel is composed of 4 meters and/or 6 meters of modules, so the pipes connecting each module element by welding or crimping can obtain different lengths, achieving fast connection, which can shorten the construction period and save labor costs to a certain extent. 
 
ECOPAN hot water radiant panel can provide the best heating solution. With the same dimensional characteristics (pipe diameter, number and spacing, panel width), ECOPAN panels have higher thermal energy efficiency than other products on the market. This allows a smaller number of radiant panels to be used to meet the same thermal energy efficiency requirements, saving on materials and installation costs. 
 
To reduce this thermal shock, ECOPAN implemented a 2m long sheet metal module, so that the 4m module consists of 2 plates and the 6m module consists of 3 plates. When the 2 meter plates are placed side by side, an expansion joint is formed. The welding point exists in the middle of each 2m sheet, so the expansion on both sides is less than 1mm. This ensures that the radiant panels do not deform during this time.
