If the radiator is used for heating in tall industrial plants, the indoor temperature gradient will be large, which often causes the phenomenon of cold in the lower part and hot in the upper part. In the design, in order to ensure that the temperature of the lower working area meets the requirements, the measures to increase the design of the radiator are generally taken, which will lead to heat waste and cause greater energy consumption. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring the effect of industrial heating in large space, factors such as operation economy, reliability, safety and investment rationality are considered. 
 

	As an energy-saving heating method, radiant heating has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, uniform heating, quiet operation and convenient operation and maintenance. Among them, the gas radiation heating system makes reasonable use of clean energy such as natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, and generates infrared radiation heating through combustion of the generator. It has been successfully applied in many heating engineering practices. 	The independent heating generator is installed on the outside of the building, such as the top or side wall of the building, and the radiation tube is installed above the internal space of the building, which does not occupy the space used by the building. Radiant heat radiates directly down, and some heat can be stored on the ground. Under the premise of establishing the same comfortable conditions, the design temperature of the building during radiation heating can be reduced by 2°C~3°C compared with that during convection heating, which can also save heating energy consumption.

The generator burns natural gas, and the hot fluid generated flows in the radiation tube under the drive of the negative pressure centrifugal fan. The gray and black radiation tube made of aluminum alloy and steel is excited by the high temperature surface to produce far infrared radiation lines, which directly acts the radiant heat on the objects and human bodies in the heating area. After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube is completed, part of the product will be recycled (about 40%) through the premixing chamber, achieving a heating efficiency of 100% and making full use of energy. And the other part because the generator combustion is very complete, the combustion products only carbon dioxide and water, can be directly discharged to the outside.
