According to Article 3.1.1 of the Code for Fire Protection of Building Design GBJ16-87 (2001 edition), "Various production using gas, liquid and solid as fuel or burning gas and liquid for other purposes", the fire risk category belongs to Class D.Therefore, the fire risk level of gas radiation heating system used in tall space buildings is relatively low.In the design of single-storey tall space plant, there is little difference between Class D and Class E buildings.Therefore, the use of gas radiation heating will not increase the risk and design difficulty of the building.However, it should be noted that the gas radiation heating system is prohibited to be installed in the basement, where there are flammable and explosive gases, dust and other media.


	 


	However, due to the high surface temperature of the radiation tube, if the installation height is too low, the radiation intensity felt by the human body will exceed the requirements of human comfort, so the "Civil building heating ventilation and air conditioning design Code" (GB50736-2014) article 5.6.3 stipulates that the installation height of the gas infrared radiator should not be less than 3m.Due to the dependence of gas radiant heating on combustible gas, the design requirements of ventilation and fire protection in building design are higher than those of ordinary buildings, and emergency ventilation should be set up according to regulations, and corresponding combustible gas detection and alarm devices should be made.
